Privacy for the Mayple connector

What the connector reads

Only the data of the brand you connect, and only what your Mayple portal login can already see: orders, including your customers' names, contact details and shipping addresses; stock and products; customer issues and their messages; restocks; returns; invoices; and delivery and financial summaries. It reads only when Claude looks something up to answer you.

Where answers go

Each answer goes back to the Claude app you connected, under your own Claude account. From there, Anthropic handles it under its terms and privacy policy. Mayple doesn't receive your conversation, only the lookups Claude makes, such as an order number to find.

What Mayple keeps

For each lookup Mayple logs who made it (your Mayple user ID), for which brand, which tool, the names of the inputs (not their values), whether it worked, and how long it took. It doesn't keep the answers. These logs are kept for 90 days, so your brand's access can be reviewed and problems investigated. When something fails, an error report with the technical details of that failure goes to our error-tracking service.

Who else is involved

Mayple doesn't sell this data. Service providers run parts of the connector for Mayple, under contract: hosting, sign-in, logging, monitoring and error tracking, and Stripe, which supplies the payment page when you ask for an invoice's payment link.

Your choices

• Disconnect Mayple in Claude at any time.
• Your Mayple account manager can turn Claude access off for your brand, which stops the connector at once.
